Our recruitment process

We use an online application system for all our recruitment.

Applications are passed in electronic format through NHS Jobs or TRAC to the Staffing Solutions Team. The Appointing Officer then assesses the applications and makes a shortlist of suitable candidates. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview with a panel of between two and four members. As the interview is panel based you should prepare beforehand.
