Health Promotion Planning Tools
Derbyshire Children and Young People's Health Promotion Programme (CYPH) has developed a health promotion tool. There are 3 versions available for: multi-agency teams (MATs), services and schools. The team support this process through training, cluster work, resources, support materials and sharing practice via the newsletter. The use of the health promotion tool is also supported by a guidance document that explains the process more fully.
